I have spoken with my colleague John Harte and he mentioned you have had a discussion re the above problem. I was just wondering if you have been able to solve your problem by initially doing the calibration directly via the pump and then repeating it with the Agilia Partner software? I have found this technique to work successfully for other slightly strange issues I have had with the Agilia Injectomat/Volumat and also with the DPS/MVP/Optima range. We dont use the Agilia range yet for TIVA procedures as we use the DPS in conjunction with the Base Primea. If the problem still exists I feel the cause maybe, as you alluded to, permissions associated with the partner access code you are using as they do have hierarchal security rights. I wont divulge the complete 16 bit code in an open forum but if you have one where the last 3 digits are 691 try it. Let us know how you get on.
