I would suspect the potentiomenter in the first instance, I persume it works correctly on high settings only? not at all or some times? please clarify?

Which ESU tester are you using?

What load resistance are you using?

Dear Umish & Pavel
Thanks for your reply.
First i am using ELECTROSURGICAL ANALYSER MODEL443 from NUERODYNE DEMPSEY INC.. Settings are 500 Ohms load wattmeter..
The cut is giving max of 150 watts & coag is 80 watts max at 10 position.
Secondly can any one share what compatible Power Transistors are u guys using inplace of their original ones.. I know we have to replace all transistors if we have to use compatible ones. Cant use mix of original & compatibles..
Hope to hear from u guys soon. Thanks again for all of your help.
Regards

Laiq, I have same ESU tester but for ESU Valleylab we place 750 ohms/50W load in paralel with load ESU tester (500 ohms in NORMAL position). Load result in 300 ohms.

Hi, Laiq if nothing fuse blow on power amplifier modul, you must change resistor 14(18k-27k ohm) & 15(1,6-2,2k ohm) on multivibrator board(A3)
