What bilirubinometers do you use on your neonatal units and can you recomend them?

We don't actually use a bilirubinometer on out ward the blood gas analyser takes care of that. The post natal wards however use the Jm-103's and are quite happy with them. We trialled the BiliCheck but the consumables were very expensive at the time so we made the decision to go with the JM-103

We have the JM-103 but we also have a Rechert for more accurate measurments if needed but the consumables are very expensive.
