We probably all are aware of the indemnity processes behind loan equipment.
But does anyone get involved with hired equipment. Specifically who monitors the hire.
Are the devices on your MEMS.
Evidence of maintenance within the hire period.
And what limits are the contracts negoitiable on. eg indemhity covers £millions for a claim, hire can say limnited to £500 (or whatever).

How about making sure that it gets placed on the Trust "Risk Register", for starters?
