Hello,
I received an Versa Plus with CALIBRATION ERROR !! <CODE 4 0000 0 0 0 0> After I open it I discovered that the power supply FUTABA FP1821A is burned. I managed to repair the power supply. I putted new coils on the chopper transformer (respecting the same number of coils and width, etc), and I replaced the burned components, sme MOSFETS, and capacitors, and so on. The thing is that now I am receiving CODE 3 0 0 0. It seems that the +- 12V voltage now exists on channel A and it is between limits, but the chopper is overheating in half an hour, and it is normal because the +12V takes more than 6.28A on +12V and 4,02 A on -12V. When I connected the chopper out on light bulbs, the chopper was delivering the two times 3 A and was not overheating, but when is delivering current inside of equipment in max half an hour is burnining. Can anyone help me with the current consumption on +12V line and -12 V line?
I don't know how to proceed. I tried the MINIMUM CONFIGURATION and it seems that consumption is the same on both rails, until I plugg in A46a Adjuster and A46b Adjuster boards. Then suddenly the consumes reaches 4.5 A on +12V. And I don't know the consumption after each board is plugged in.
Please, anyone can help me?
