Has any one else had a problem with the skin temperature test while servicing C2000 incubators.
We are using the Air Shields procedure.

It fails every time we try it!

I am told that Drager has a different procedure.

Any advice or comments appreciated.

We have our own procedures in place, based on the Airshields one, and I have been servicing these for about ten years, since the early versions. I am back at work on Wednesday, if you would like more details pm me and i will see if I can help.
