So it will not run on my Sinclair Spectrum then. boggle

My spelling is not bad. I am typing this on a Medigenic keyboard and I blame that for all my typos.

Sadly not. smile

Not much of a market for that one these days (despite it being the most popular machine "back in those days").

Tape-based databases were a "whole new ball game", of course. Not for the feint-hearted, and not really viable in today's terms. But that was all we had at one time. All part of the evolution (that is generally taken for granted by most folk now)!

Geoff I have sent you an email through both of my accounts. Not sure what the best way to communicate with you is but I would greatly appreciate the opportunity to try it out.

If you are who I think you are* ... then check your emails. smile

Let me know how you get on. Constructive feedback (good or bad) is always welcome.

* If not, better give me your email address. Most folk place it in their Profile.

The latest revision of the TaskMaster program is available in a 8.8 Meg zip file. That's TM 14.11.

Anyone who has need of it should get in touch (via PM or email). smile

Also, if anyone is interested in hosting TM (and any future incremental revisions) please shout up!

After seemingly endless hours of tweaking (aka "development" - or just "fiddling about") the latest revision of the TaskMaster program is available in a 9.6 Meg .zip file. That's TM 15.08.

There have been a fair number of detailed improvements (additional features, and what-have-you) - and some of them even work! whistle

I'm planning (hoping) to give it a rest for a while now, and enjoy what's left of the summer! smile

As usual, anyone interested can PM me or (better still) drop me an email.
