I got rid of all our Baxter Colleagues about 3 years ago when we started having problems with the drive mechanisms failing. We had to send one pump back twice and Baxter refused to pay for the second repair even though the mechanism had only recently been replaced by them.
I have received a large number of updates and modification notices from them and I'm sure glad I traded them in when I did as they seem to have gone from one fault to the next. I used to use 6201 pumps when they were made in Japan and found them to be ruddy marvellous which is why I went for the Colleague. After trying them for a while I decided they were too exensive to own.
