We have the Dantec Danflow Urology System here and we are experiencing some problems with them. Our problem:
There is a twenty second delay after the end of patient flow and the printer starting in the remote device. If the patient begins flowing again after this period of time then all that data is lost and only the initial first flow is recorded.
When comparing this to our older machines this does not occur. The older type will remain active until the collecting jug is removed from the base and any additional second and third flows are still recorded. After speaking to the staff they say it is quite common when using the older machines to have a few graphical print-outs all in a row for the same patient.
If you have these units can you share your thoughts please.
