has someone the code for service menu this device? Please help me. I have trouble with NBP mode,pressure can not go up.

Pass for service not help at this case. Do you hear the sound after you push start up for NBP mode?. I think you need to change the pump in MMS module is behind of MP20.

I agree with DinhVu, I had this problem with the model MP20 and in many situations the solution consist in first, check the configuration of the monitor, can be configurated for pediatric patient, second, cleaned the conectors from NBP modules use isoprophilic alcohol.
if the above steps do not correct the problem, try changing the module by one you are sure it work.

if the above steps do not correct the problem, I believe is necessary a corrective maintenance, then you need the service manual. I have the service manual and if you need these manual I can share it.
