HI folks

Been trying to get hold of Zimed regarding these AD pumps. I have been through their website using the telephone number mentioned and filled in the contact form with no luck. The telephone is constantly engaged and the form keeps coming back as undeliverable in my email inbox.

I have also found in the forums here a chap with an email address for the Technical Support at Zimed: admin@zi-medical.com. And to my surprise this does not work either.

Does any one have an upto date contact information for this company?

we were going to trial their pumps in December last year i made an appointment with the rep which she cancelled 2 days before and i haven't herd anything since but i was told that the parent company had gone bust, when i querried this with the rep she said it didn't affect Zimed!!!

maybe it did.

Hi Both,

Zimed were bought out by a subsidiary company of CME Medical last January. The AD pump will no longer be made. They are still manufacturing and selling the T34 pump.

Hi Baz,

Bad news for you. Zimed has been bought by CME Mckinley. CME Mckinley has also discountined Zimed products. So now you can only buy either CME Mckinley syringe driver or some other make. I was really disappointed when i heard that Zimed doesn;t exist any more.

Yes ... it's something we have commented on before:- if you can't beat 'em (and if your pockets are deep enough), just buy 'em up and bury 'em!

Unfortunately, it's also a good way of stifling innovation.
