Hi ALL,
gOT A UP25MD showing up with a message @CLEAN HEAD@. Checked manual says clean the printer head with cleaning cartridge and paper. Did everything as mentioned in the manual but coming up with a new error in the process of executing the cleaning, says "check paper 56".
Kindly advice as to how to kickstart the machine back to its working stage.
cheers

Have you checked/followed instructions on page 61, 64 and 65 in the instruction manual?

Page 61 = "Setting the cleaning message display function"
Page 64 = "Miscellaneous/precautions/safety"
Page 65 = "cleaning the thermal head and rollers"

The above pages may be of some help in clearing the clean head message.

I had problem with this printer. The problem has dust inside (not a lot) but the paper was sliding.
