Dear friends:

Does any one have experience with a Datex Ohmeda Cardiocap II type Ch-25..04.EN?

I have 2 of this equipments with the next error messages

NIBP HW Err6

NIBP HW Err7

and I don't have service manual frown If any one could help me I'll be grateful

I think that this message may mean that the zero point is out of range and that the NIBP sections may need to be checked for correct calibration. Or the transducer could be at fault.

You can buy a transducer replacement-kit; the problem is usually an offset in the transducer - they were available up to a couple of years ago about £100 if I remember correctly.

You should be able to get hold a manual and use the enclosed calibration resistors to set the transducer zero (and span).

To concur. It sounds like a transducer issue and you can change either/or the transducer, available under part number 894510 or the NIBP board under part number 876963. If you want some technical advice can I suggest you ring our (Datex-Ohmeda) technical help desk on 01707 263570 and ask for Garry Sinclair

Hi Friends:

Thanks smile for all your help I find the problem

one of them have a presure transducer damaged i mus change it or maybe change the board

the other one in fact have some problems with the calibration and some parts around the sensor but it could be repaired and is already working
