What was a bit more "novel" about the one I'm referring to was:-
1) Its (semi, perhaps) plausibility
2) The fact that the (purported) sender is a current member of this forum!
PS: nothing else heard from him (or them) as yet, by the way.
@Sean: even more heart-breaking (for those who have a heart, that is) must be the folk (both young and old, and of all the various "persuasions") who "meet" on line ... then get tempted to jet off into the arms of their Third World Toy-boy (or whomever). We all must have heard how
that sort of thing generally ends up. And for those who haven't:- they are not usually Happy Endings.
Sadly, there are some
really er, sad (and lonely) folk around ... even today, in our 24-hours a day "connected" world.
