OK ... here's my guess (and it
is just a guess):- the main battery is defective and draws too much charge current. When the NIBP pump motor tries to start, the overall current drain defeats the system, and it closes down. What happens if you remove the battery?
Try a good, fully charged battery.
Other than that, dig in there and isolate (disconnect) the NIBP circuit (or at least the motor), and see what happens then. That is, attempt to isolate the fault. Is the motor trying to start when it shouldn't (and if so, why)?
