Can anyone advise me of where in the UK I can sent my RT-200 (please no derogatory comments) for calibration verification? - In the past it's been to the states but it is very expensive with a slow turn around.

Hi folks,
We also send ours to SLE who send it on to the USA for calibration, this can take months.
SLE, however, also do a calibration verification check, a much quicker process. This unfortunately doesn't reset the on board re-calibration required warning.

Normally the RT200 is away for two weeks for verification. SLE can't repair the units in the UK but if the unit is within calibration specifications the turn around time isn't too long.

Thanks all - SLE charge £360 + carriage & VAT. They promise a turn around of 10 working days. On a related note is there anyone who uses any calibration houses for calibration of specialist medical test equipment? Any feedback greatly appreciated.

You could try Pullman Instruments, who do cal verification.
