Dear all,
Our hospital has a Siemens Mammomat 3 unit that is not emmitting x-rays when the exposure button is pressed (on all kV and mAs levels). When pressed, the first three leds illuminate together. Also, when shut down, error code 8 appears on the LCD corresponding to the kV reading. Does anyone know how to resolve this problem or has the operating or service manual for the unit?
