Dear colleagues,
Somebody help me regarding with a faulty Philips Optimus 50. First it has problem on the Low speed rotor control module, I found in short circuit one of IGBT transistors V38 and switch barker goes to stop immediately. Just I replaced faulty V38 GT102Q with GT101Q which has small differences to original one. Now there is not short circuit anymore, but this module cannot go to be ready. RDY-led does not light on, and of course I cannot make any exposure. I tried to replace all three transistors GT102Q with the same type,(GT101Q)but unfortunately this module still be out of service. Is this problem because of difference of IGBT transistors or what else may be the problem? Any experience shall be much appreciated.
