Hi,

We have a maquet operating trolley that has recently been serviced. When were pressing 0 the head now goes right down so it has lost its zero calibration. As were on an island this will take some time to get an engineer here so does anybody know how to reset these without computer software?

Why not ask Maquet to talk you through it over the phone or just email you the instructions as it seems to be their fault.

My spelling is not bad. I am typing this on a Medigenic keyboard and I blame that for all my typos.

Zero calibration can only be performed via the software which only the Maquet engineers have.

I had a feeling that would be the case! What a shame!

Have you checked for simpler solutions ... such as a "wire off" situation?

How is the zero (or any other) position actually sensed? think
