I'm looking for bed's service manual, Because I have this model and continuously alarming that indicate "Service Required", and the operator manual just says "The service required flashes when the system detects a malfunction; refer to service manual"

Operator manual link:
http://www.utmb.edu/ces/_opmanual/totalcare.pdf

If someone could share the manual, I would be grateful

my e-mail is r0ni.madz@yahoo.com

Thanks

I was searching for the same manual and came up with your message. I found the service manual at:

It seems this link is no longer functioning frown Does anyone know of an alternative link for the service manual? (man112)

Tried the usual places and no sign of it.

Welcome to the forum, Richard. smile

That's why it's always best to grab 'em when (if) you see 'em, unfortunately.

Hopefully someone on here did that and can help you out.

The problem is that I (and maybe most of us) don't get to talk to the people who purchase the equipment, and with new purchases comes service included at least for the first few years. As the years drag on the service goes up and then it falls to us to fix from our graveyard of spares.

The total care isn't hard to fix generally as long as the fault is mechanical, but once it gets to some sensor or other, I need the manual.

r0ni, we may have a PDF of this manual. I'll check when I get to work tomorrow morning.
