We are soon to be servicing Breas Vivo 50 ventilators and we need to buy a volume tester. Could someone recommend one, give us an idea of cost and which company we could order it from. We also need a manometer going up to 60cmH2o.Any advice appreciated.

RT-200 should do the trick for ya

The wonderful RT-200 but can you get hold of them these days?
Most of the major players in the equipment test market make suitable testers.

Vivo 50 Manual says:
Ventilator tester (Fluke VT Plus or IMT PF-300)
Or:
– Flow meter (TSI 4040, Breas part no 004839)
– Pressure manometer (Thommen HM 28, Breas part no 001937)
– Measuring instrument for tidal volume and minute volume/rate.

Of course you can use any other vent tester.

Will be having a look at the Certifier FA Plus Ventilator Test
System (4080)

I second the Certifier. Been using it for 4 years and I'm still happy with it. Don't need the low flow option unless you're really looking for 0,01 lpm accuracy.
