Hi,
It is very difficult to find them. The manufacturer provides only PCB boards the CPU board and Control board.

Dear Aghakhani, as the service engineers only repair down to assembly level I'm not sure the schematics exist out of the factory, to reiterate this the service manual(which Frank has in his library) does not have this information.
