Chris, The term Rain-out is used by F&P as a description of the Water saturated gas cooling to quickly. I.E. the water simply "Rains out" and condenses within the circuit. Contributing Factors (in my experience) usually include cooling fans, draughty rooms etc. Allowing a little additional overhead in the gas saturation helps too. F&P now. F&P have good data available on this subject.
KM we also use RT205 and don’t have much of a problem. Generally the same as the old re-usable Dunlop’s mate. Again the surrounding Environment is the most significant factor.
