Has anyone ever encountered problems with the keyboard on this scanner. I've cleaned the rubber key contacts and the gold plated pcb contacts and although the keyboard is better it's still not quite right in operation. Machine works fine with a USB keyboard plugged in. Anyone got any ideas or will I just have to pay GE the ransom money?
