Hi to all!

I have a Primedic DM1, when I put it ON the process for test self start and them indicate low batttery, Then I made the battery pack new with new batteries , the pack is already total charged. but the unit not pass the start test and indicate low battery, any idea of what is happens?

any help will be appreciate

Assuming that your new battery pack is a good one - this sounds like a "bad connection" ("wire off"?) situation to me.

Hopefully, you will have sorted it out by now. smile
