Hi, I wonder if anyone could help.

I have been working on a Mindray Accutor Plus vital signs monitor.

It was failing test 5, where the NIBP pumps into a test chamber and has to reach a given pressure within a set time. The compressor was noticeably sluggish, so I ordered a new one and changed it.

This one is much better, and it pumps to about 250mmHg normally but then slows down dramatically so that it will not reach the desired pressure within the given time.

It is a brand new compressor, so is there a calibration I need to do?

P.S - Test 7 is a leak test, and it is passing this easily, so I know it's not leaking anywhere.

Any ideas Guys? Thanks in advance!

Found the problem - filter between pump and the rest of the pneumatic circuit was partially blocked. Cleaned it in an ultrasonic bath - now good as new. Turned out to be as simple as that!
