That post was made 17 months ago. It looks like the site has since disappeared (as many of them seem to), unfortunately.

The moral of the story here is to grab any manuals you think you may need as soon as you see them.

In passing, it looks like no-one followed my suggestion to upload the manual in question to Frank's site ... which perhaps is just as well as (as I mentioned before) "Support is not desired".
