RoJo, am I correct in interpreting that you reckon certain individuals should recognise their own limitations and should not even bother applying for certain positions?

Yes, meant as a joke ... but if anyone still thinks that the person who successfully attended for interview and the person who later turns up for work are always the same person ... then they had better think again. frown

It was certainly not unknown in KSA, and (sadly) cannot be discounted these days in the UK as well.
