hello friends! is anybody knows how to reset the bulb hours of stryker x8000 light source?? and how many hours does the xenon bulb takes for it to be change to a new bulb??

You need to replace this every 500 Hours, however the quality of the light output after 500 hours decreases severely. In endoscopic surgery light is one of the most critical components. I've been to several accounts where they had no replaced the bulb assembly where the surgeons were complaining about dark images and poor image quality. These complaints went away as soon as the bulbs were replaced.

When you replace the lamp with a original lamp, the reset is automatic (every lamp has a chip with the case). You need to change every 500 hours
