A few years ago Bio-Tek were offering OTIS FOC ... although I can't see it mentioned on their website these days.

I wonder if Ultramedic have a copy laying around?

I've had a couple ... OK, a few ... T-1900's in the past, and they are robust little beasts. But I was able to resist the temptation to liberate those I noticed at last Thursday's car-boot sale.

Actually my "technique" is to make sure I don't take more than a few quid with me.

For anyone interested in Ansur, there is some nice stuff here.

I notice that the Test Library still contains the old template (.mtt) files from 2001!

Does anyone have any new ones?

I am interested in getting hold of some (random) Ansur files (.mjo, .mts, .mtt and .mtr) generated from any or all versions of Ansur. I just want to make sure that files from all eras are able to co-operate with some of the routines in my TaskMaster program.

So if anyone has a few available, I would be happy to try they out. My email address is in my Profile.

Ariel, Malcolm ... I think we may have found the answer!

The vPad Programming Language is documented here (Chapter 4: pp 61).

It looks to me that vPL goes beyond Ansur; it is the first time I have come across a (scripting) language that includes program statements that are specific to the testing of biomed kit.

For example:- the ecgsim statement that controls the vPad ECG Simulator (and displays a nice ECG wave on the display - Android device - whatever).

Even if you don't yet have any Vision-Pad test kit (or an Android emulator), you could still make use of the vPad-IDE to produce I/PM Procedures (and maybe, over time, build a Procedure library) and save them to files in .pdf or .rtf format.

It might be interesting to see if they could usefully be converted to Ansur files ... and vice versa.
