Hello everyone. I'm asking for help ! I am a veterinarian from Bulgaria. My patient monitor breaks. Write SRAM ERROR. Do not show saturation curves and capnography. Please help me, I'm lost without him! Thanks
Good morning Nikoooo This is probably due to the internal battery located on the circuit board. Its a small rectangular yellow component if i remember right. GE can send one to you. Apologies but i cant find the part number at this moment. Contact GE and request technical help. Good luck.

I do not understand, I'm a vet, not electrical technician. Please tell me what I need to do to use my monitor again. Can the introduction of several code to remove this sign "SRAM ERROR" and reappear graphics saturation and capnography or need to buy a new part? Please help
Hi Niko,if you are finding the time & date are constantly incorrect, you need to purchase and replace the aforementioned time keeper battery, this involves breaking open the monitor, after which you MUST perform a factory reset.
Hi Nikoooo Most electrical items retain programming and data through the use of rechargeable internal batteries. This can be a replaceable coin cell shaped battery or a common AAA battery. In your case its actually a component battery not available in most shops. Find a local electrical repair shop and they should be able to help you. Sadly no code can rectify this as it will keep showing wrong data.
