You're not alone, Lee ... I have seen such messages now and then. I generally just ignore them. Seemingly random things like this sometimes happen from time to time ... and usually work OK if tried again after a minute or so. But if you think you've got problems, check out what this guy has to deal with!

Hi Lee, This issue seems to have started since I was forced to use a firewall. (I see it myself occasionally but as soon as I start investigating it - the error disappears.)
We are constantly getting hammered by spammers and hackers and it's an ongoing struggle to avoid being compromised.
I am logging all errors and will try to get it resolved.

I've been hitting links and have found that the "EBME Forums" links; both the one at the bottom of the Forum pages with "Contact Us" and the one at the top produced the same error message as did the "Home" link. I then quit and reloaded the site by manually typing www.ebme.co.uk and everything now works. Tried again using my "frequently used sites" on Google (as normal) and everything still works; however i had tried this before i posted and it had not cured the problem that time. Odd. Lee

Nothing to do with which browser(s) folk use, I suppose? I tend to use (the latest version of) FireFox, myself. Also the Ghostery and Adblock Plus browser add-ons. And I can report that - unlike most of the others that I visit - this site is pretty clean on both scores.

I'm in the NHS and am probably lucky to be able to use either Chrome or internet explorer.

I then quit and reloaded the site by manually typing www.ebme.co.uk and everything now works. I've also experienced this. It leads me to believe that the error is in the firewall caching. I'm in the NHS and am probably lucky to be able to use either Chrome or internet explorer. ...and Internet Explorer isn't even supported anymore. I am developing the new version of this site but the fact that the NHS are so far behind is a major problem.

I am developing the new version of this site ...
I hope it will still be able to be viewed from Lynx!
