Broken hinges on Abbott Freegos

Hello

Is anyone else having a lot of broken hinges on their Freego feed pumps?

We are having an alarming amount of units failing and Abbott tells us we are the only one.

We have had these for a while, no issues what so ever.

Only had one broken hinge which was down to a member of staff getting heavy handed.
