Yes, I remember them* (with affection). They were made by Vickers Medical (but I don't remember seeing any badged S&W Vickers).
But no, I don't have any - neither do I recall coming across any when I used to frequent (some years ago now) the Hallowed Halls of Hilditch.
However, it is possible that some of the third-party ("good used equipment") suppliers may still have a few hidden away at the back of their sheds.
But ... I'm actually wondering why anyone would want to use these "first generation" syringe pumps for training purposes? Or, perhaps, why more recent pumps - such as the good old Ivac 2000-5000 series for example - or even the Grasebys - would not serve just as well.
Or better still, why not train with the pumps your medical staff currently use?
