Does anybody konw how to access service mode? I tried pressing volume 100 and 0.1 but does not work

Thank you, but this is for the older version of this pump. The newest has bigger LCD and service mode cannot be accessed with the method provided in this manual. I need to calibrate syringe diameters. My pump doesn't recognize popular syringes.

Hi everyone, can someone tell me how to access the service mode in the syramed sp 6000 syringe pump?. NOT the blue one, but the white one, the one with a bigger LCD.
It cannot be accessed as the blue one (pressing volume 100 and 0.1 downwards while switching it on).
