I have a 16 MB .rar file containing info. for the UP-D897 (2005) (user instructions in various languages, drivers etc. - but no Service Manual); plus a 7 MB .pdf for the UP-897MD (2005) (user instructions only).

If you think these may be any use, just let me know.

I've yet to come across that manual in the Public Domain; but is the UP-D985MD similar to other Sony printers of that era?

Anyway, what problem(s) do you have?
