Hi all.
We are finding it very difficult in obtaining the official T34 lock boxes, i am sure that others are having the same problems.
Do any of you know a suitable supplier other than BD for these lock boxes?

We've never found another supplier and I've looked and looked.
They have also discontinued the 'coin' operated lockboxes which is a pain as our homecare teams loose hundreds of keys a year - it seems the district nurses squirrel them away!

Unfortunately there are no other suppliers of these lock boxes. BD cannot give a delivery date either for our outstanding orders for them - bit of a pain really.

Same issue with us, but not just lockboxes.

Even repairs are taking so long and they are ignoring emails.

Could you undertake their tech training? The devices themselves are relatively easy to maintain.

Have you tried CME Medical UK Ltd. If they don't you could try Rockford Healthcare (Rockford.ie) we only bought a few T34 lockbox's from them recently enough.

Rockford are/were the official dealer/servicing organisation for CME in Ireland - they went direct to CME for their parts.

For those not aware, CME UK Ltd were bought out by BD.
