Hi
I have a Fisher & Paykel 242 which displays Error Code 26 when a TOF is attempted. I've looked at the Technical Manual but lo and behold the only code number missing from the manual is number 26! Any idea what Error 26 means?

Yes; that's certainly one of life's little mysteries, Alister.

I wonder if the omission is (was) intentional, or simply that Error 26 was supposed never to be generated.

Have you any more clues about what you were doing ... just pressing the TOF "button"? Otherwise, what conditions caused the error code?

Meanwhile, is the stimulator otherwise operating OK?

Ive had the error 26 code a few times, a transformer on the PCB was open circuit and was easily replaced. Unfortunately these devices are considered obsolete and you can no longer get spares, so Im afraid you may have to scrap and replace.

That's interesting about the transformer. I wonder why they didn't include Error 26 in the manual. Omitted by mistake, I suspect.
