Morning Everyone,

Ive been asked by new ebme engineers about joining a Union.

To be honest I out of touch could anyone please share their experience of any Union.

Hi Umish

One will probably receive different advice from EBME engineers regarding unions depending upon the situation prevailing locally. The quality of the union representative is often the most significant factor.

This is indeed the critical factor; and one that cannot be asserted strongly enough!
