In repair, the Steelco EW1 endoscope washer, error - 23 (drain problem) visually - drains everything, air pumps work out, then gives an error. in the only instruction that I found, it says that the error comes out by exceeding the drain time, controlled by level. I don’t understand how she sees the level - there are no level sensors in the usual sense, the idea is that the level is controlled by a temperature sensor .. So it seems to be normal too. Next to it is the same working machine - an air pump and a pump on the drain break, the temperature sensor was substituted from it, to no avail .. I haven’t disassembled the drain solenoid and the drain pump itself yet - they seem to be working out ..
If who faced such problem - I ask for advice. I will also be very grateful if there is a service and a level 2 password - you can send it to the mail.

My guess (based upon fond memories of working on similar machines) is that the word "level" may in fact refer to a configuration setting for "drain time" (or something similar).

So yes; unfortunately you need to get hold of the password in order to access the menu(s).

Meanwhile ... has someone else been fiddling about with menu options? If so, they must have the password(s).

No doubt you have already had a good look inside the machine(s) for what may look like a password written on "nurses' tape" or something similar.

Good luck with this one. We shall be interested to hear how you get on.

If you don't inspect ... don't expect.

Hi Micle, I've just sent you a service manual for a SteelCo bed pan washer, as my wife informed me (Ex SteelCo project director) they often used used the same physical touch panels and hence passwords to save money during the the project phase.
See page 33 onwards, it could be that the password is the same

Malcolm.
