Does someone know, where I can buy calibration kit for Carefusion, Fresenius, Braun pumps in EU/UK?

Good morning Michal, I think the biggest problem would be sourcing the propriety software needed to reset the

service interval timer after completing the calibration, in the case of BBraun (and I assume others) you need to be

an authorised agent.

What calibrations are you needing to carry out ??

Malcolm.

I have alaris pump that needs syringe size calibration, and several Fresenius Agilia pumps that require at least calibration check due to service manual. You can reset service interval date is this pumps. There are alaris calibration tools available in US, put I not sure if they are going through customs (CE, declaration of confirmity)

The Carefusion devices, the calibration was done through the pump. Have you tried contacting Carefusion sales to see if they will sell to you. At a stretch; if you just need syringe size calibration you could try using the relevant size BD syringe? Verify diameter with calipers.

B.Braun, you do need the correct version of HiBaSeD to go with your device firmware version to complete calibration. Verification is completed on the pump but you'll need their physical service key to fully complete 'Technical Safety Check' (TSC). They may sell you the hardware but as Malcolm has said, you need to be registered with them to be able to access their software downloads.

I have no maintenance experience of the Fresenius other than Pilote pumps - sorry.

Yes, I tried calibrating on syringes with similar size, but it is not as precise as calibration tool - alaris.
I saw offer on partsource and despite of price level, I not sure if it can pass EU customs. Alaris requires calibration on 10,15,20,25,30mm due to service manual. I will try to manufacture in on my own.
Alaris representative in here is not going to sell service tools, even if price will be much higher than on partsource.

Fresenius Agilia syringe pumps also requires service tool - force tool, displacement, syringe size.
