Very handy resource for those struggling right know without manufacturer support.

Has anyone had any good experiences with oneSource ... "the world’s most complete databases"?

The site appears to be very well resourced ... but, so far, I have not been able to access any of the databases myself. Perhaps they are reserved for those based in the USA only ... to be honest, it's difficult to say.

How much does it cost ??

I haven't been able to find that out (but hope to be hearing some feedback via a contact in the States).

I’ve just filled in a web form to ask if they have a manual for the Kamplex KLD21 that I’m trying to fix for my son who is an audiologist. He was given it as faulty and the left side doesn’t work.
I suspect the reed relays on the main board and it will take until the end of April from a Chines supplier on eBay!
My point being is it shows up the global chip shortages (and age of the audiometer).

I have had some success in locating a service manual for the Kamplex Audiometer but it is not badged as a Kamplex but instead, Interacoustics. The front panel looks the same but the main board has two more audio channels.

For a few years now we have traditionally posted manuals to Frank's website (although I notice he does not yet have an Audiology section).

By the way, if you get stuck for spares, these units sometimes come up at auctions (BMA, Hilditch).

Here is a collection of user manuals for BC Group test equipment.

Their gear is sometimes pretty generic (and in the early days may have originated at other manufacturers) - but the "white papers" (at least) may be of interest to the "student" - or even designers - of biomed test equipment.
