Dear Gentelman / Madam,
I have Philips Avalon FM20 device to repair. It is resseting continuously just after turnig on.
I checked power supply, interface board, cabling. Seems something with main PCB.
Does someone have realted experience to share?

Does this one have the battery option? ... if so, I would take a look around there.

Otherwise, this sounds like a problem that often afflicts laptops. But you're saying that the power supply is OK. Are you sure that the voltage doesn't drop down (or out) when starting up?

Myself, I doubt that major components are at fault ... more likely to be loss of battery-backed start-up parameters (NVRAM, or whatever) - or even dust or (and) fluff!

If you don't inspect ... don't expect.

Hi
First option;

Perform a cold restart in service mode.
In menu settings - Main Setup-Hardware-Coldstart.

Second option;

Check very carefully the motherboard with a magnifying glass.
Some monitors have this problem because
The hot glue that the electrolytic capacitor is glued has dissolved the conductors and contacts on the motherboard.
After the restoration of contacts, the performance is restored smile

No, the usual repair methods do not apply to FM20 repairs.
You can check the manufacturing process of the PCB circuit board, it is almost perfect, there are no manufacturing defects or similar problems

You mean that yellow hot melt glue?
The phenomenon of the author on the first floor, I think it is more like repeated restarts caused by the loss of configuration information

I do not remember the color of the compound with which the capacitor is fixed smile
Сorrosion began just under it, as a result, electronic tracks were dissolved, but it had a much stronger effect on the via metalized holes.
The second (FM50 )monitor was released in 2012, in 2020 the board was destroyed so much that it was not possible to restore it.
So we sent it back to the manufacturer.
P.S.
By the way
Very little information from the topic starter's
But can step by step, if they are present, disable SPO2,NIBP,Lan, interfaces and recorder.
Pay attention to the LED power-on indicator during the loading phase.
