No issues from us. Easy to change batteries. Menus are well thought out and fairly intuitive. Configs and modes are easy to set up and use. Event and service logs are good and have proved very useful for clinical incident events. We’ve had Mindray across our whole hospital since 2019 and Mindray service and clinical support have been very good and have never let us down.
