Do any of you wonderful people have any recent experience in connecting fetal monitoring devices wirelessly to a central electronic patient records software? Incorporating more aspects on to the cart is proving problematic such as UPS and domestic type of wireless device server..... Has anyone managed to build a full system and have it running? Any tips? Thanks.

Hi Buddy, we have 26 (ish) CTG machines (Edan) on our delivery suite. We went to Edan after we were with Huntleigh. which was installed with the Centrale system . this spoke to our EPR badgernet. The Edan machines were plugged directly into this and it worked okay. That being said, us EBME only look after this up to the wall, IT look after the rest

Hi Carl, we have the same set up as you with Edan and BadgerNet. However we have Edan wireless network modules rather than wired to the ethernet port. We have been experiencing artifacts on the BadgerNet report where they are not appearing on the F15. Edan and System C are pointing the finger at each other. Do you experience this issue and are your machines hardwired? I plan to hardwire one to see if this removes the artifact. Thank you

Additional info, the artifacts are on the TOCO trace. System C recommended MOXO N port wireless devices to link the Edan CTG to BadgerNet.
