My ventilator gives me this error after replacing the O2 cell, if I install an original cell with serial number >Z39xxxxx the ventilator does not update the serial in the technical state and gives error.

This ventilator have firmware version 2.1.2.

This does not access ventilators with firmware version 2.2.5.

I ask if it was possible to have firmware for software update this ventilator.

Is there something special about the O2 cell (or sensor) you are trying to install, then? A new brand/supplier/source or whatever? Can we assume that you have not encountered such a problem before?

What is the error (code)? Can we assume you cannot calibrate the new sensor?

Buongiorno Giggid, If you read the service manual it states that firmware updates are a part of the PM process, as the firmware was freely available in many European countries, however that is not the case in Italy, you would need to contact Burke&Burke.
I wonder if the Hamilton C2 is still in support with Hamilton Medical as this model is no longer current but has been replaced by the C3.

This is error " TECHNICAL EVENT: 232034".
This ventilator have a software version 2.1.2.
The cells are original, maybe you can even calibrate, then the visual warning with sound alarm appears.
All cells that have serial numbers < Z39xxxxxx do not give the error.
When I install a new O2 cell (s/n > Z40xxxx) in the technical state the serial number is not updated and gives the error.
Another Hamilton C2 with software version 2.2.5 updates the serial number in the technical state and everything works normally.
