Many years ago I was in a part of the world without much in the way of entertainment, and I used to read a fair amount whenever I had the time.

Passing through various phases (I have a Graham Greene, one of Orwell's ... and a Biggles on the go at the moment) back then I was quite keen on the "medical thriller" genre and got through most by the likes of Tess Gerritsen, Robin Cook et al.

I recall that in one of Robin Cook's, it was the "biomed" (actually he was the Hospital Engineer) wotdunnit ... that is, was the villain of the piece.

Is your story one of those, Dave ... or more of a memoir? Either way, good luck with the book.

If you don't inspect ... don't expect.
