Hi, wondering whether anyone else experiencing noisy/whistling from CO2 insufflators ?

We think that the neck of bottles (BOC) have changed and the (used for years) bodock seal isn't fully compressed over it's face which is causing vibration and noise varying with flow.

The yoke for the Stryker FM300 units comes with a hard plastic seal, it doesn't suffer the same issue. Stryker have been no help as it's from a 3rd party, world of medicine and they haven't returned our calls either. BOC said it is an unfortunate side effect.

Has anyone experienced the same? Anyone found alternative seal?

Looks pretty close to the fellow on the yokes - thanks for that. Will get some on order.

By the way, are you sure the seating problem isn't with the yoke, rather than the cylinder?

The yokes haven't changed - belt and braces though we have fitted 2 new for sanity purposes, the noise returned when used with standard Bodok's.
