We use a local test house who very kindly collects all of our equipment for recalibration and does it either themselves or sends it on to the relevant house for them to do it. They don't charge anything on top of the recalibration fee, no postage. This makes it so much easier for us - one telephone number, one invoice. My suggestion would be to ring a local test house and ask if they could do something similar.
