Yes, but how many mistakes have been made when having the MS16 and MS26 in the same hospital!!! Also, the MS range do not comply with the latest standards for infusion pumps with regard to safety. They are also open to abuse, especially with regard to the "Boost" button which can be continually pressed, especially by patients and relatives as we know to our cost. We have had at least one reported case where a relative intentionally repeatedly pressed the boost button and overdosed the patient.
